Terms and Conditions for Motorbike and Car Rental 

Requirements for Renters

1. Identification

• Renters must provide a copy and present the original ID card (for Indonesian citizens) or a valid passport (for foreign nationals).

• Renters must have a valid SIM A (for cars).

2. Minimum Age

• The minimum age is 18 years for motorbike rental and 21 years for car rental.

3. Deposit

• A deposit of IDR 1.000.000 = USD 60 is required and will be refunded at the end of the rental period if no damages or violations occur.

4. Additional Documents (Optional)

• Proof of address, family card, or other supporting documents may be requested as additional guarantees.

Payment Terms

1. The renter must pay the full rental fee at the time of vehicle pick-up.

2. Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or other payment methods approved by the rental company.

3. No vehicle will be released without full payment and the completion of required documentation.

Vehicle Usage Conditions

1. The vehicle may only be used by the renter or individuals listed in the rental agreement.

2. The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damages, losses, or misuse.

3. The vehicle must not be used for:

• Illegal activities.

• Street racing.

• Carrying goods beyond the vehicle’s capacity.

4. The vehicle must be returned in the following condition:

• Fuel level as provided at the time of handover.

• Free from damage or unauthorized modifications.

Renter’s Responsibilities

1. Ensure the vehicle is in good condition before use (e.g., brakes, lights, tires, etc.).

2. Notify the rental company immediately in the event of damage, accidents, or loss.

Vehicle Return

1. The vehicle must be returned on time as per the agreement.

2. Late returns will incur a penalty of IDR 85.000 per hour of delay.

3. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours after the rental period ends without notification, the rental company reserves the right to report the incident to the authorities.

Insurance and Renter’s Liability

1. Vehicles with insurance reduce the renter’s liability for damages/losses to a certain extent, provided the renter pays an additional insurance fee of IDR 300.000

2. If the vehicle is not insured, the renter is fully responsible for all damages or losses.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellations made by the renter less than 24 hours before the rental period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Early cancellations will result in a refund of 75 % of the payment.

Documentation Consent

1. The renter agrees to be photographed or recorded on video together with the vehicle during the handover process for documentation and security purposes.

2. The photos or videos taken will serve as evidence that the vehicle has been received in good condition and in accordance with the agreement.

3. This documentation will only be used by the rental company and will not be shared publicly without the renter’s consent, except for legal purposes in the event of disputes or incidents requiring reporting to the authorities.

4. By signing the rental agreement, the renter automatically agrees to this provision.

Miscellaneous

1. The rental company reserves the right to refuse service to renters who do not meet the requirements or violate the terms.

2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
